Description of the operation: The project involved a significant expansion of the company’s winery through the construction of new spaces dedicated to winemaking, aging, storage, bottling, and wine-tourism reception. The intervention included complete building and systems works, with structures designed for low landscape impact, green roofs, and energy-efficiency-oriented solutions, aimed at improving the organization of production processes and increasing the company’s operational capacity. At the same time, a modern automatic bottling line was installed, complete with filling, capping, product feeding, and compressed air management systems, capable of ensuring greater efficiency, quality, and control over processing operations. The project was completed with the construction of a photovoltaic system for self-generating energy from renewable sources, aimed at reducing energy consumption and environmental emissions. The investments contributed to strengthening the competitiveness, sustainability, innovation, and quality of the company’s entire supply chain.
